How to Paint Furniture to Professional Standards
A full day of learning about chalk paint, colour and technique and how to paint your furniture to professional standards.
We teach you the magic of chalk paint: how it can be finished with a range of techniques from gilding and crackle-glazing, decoupage and stencilling. We show you how to layer colours for a Scandinavian effect, and how to try different ways of painting to suit your own style: flat-painting for a contemporary finish, or distressing for a classical French look. With lots more besides, this exceptional course gives you the tools and confidence to start your own work, or greatly improve the skills you already have.
The course runs from 10am to 4pm and includes all materials, a sumptuous farmhouse lunch and refreshments.
